How do we ship your order:
We ship all items by USPS with delivery confirmation.. All shipping includes actual shipping charges from USPS servers and a small handling charge to cover the cost of the padded envelope and delivery confirmation.

When will your order be shipped:
Next Business Day:
In-stock items on orders placed by noon Pacific Time (3:00pm Eastern Time) will be shipped the same day except weekends and holidays. Orders placed after noon Pacific Time (3:00pm Eastern Time) will be shipped the next business day.
NOTE: some destinations will be 2 days with Express mail shipping. This is due to the post office. The day your items are shipped does not count as a day.
Items that are not in-stock will ship usually within 3-5 business days. Those items are normally in route to us from the manufacturer or supplier.
Orders with more than one shipping status:
When an order that has several items with more than one shipping status is received, Watchband Solutions reserves the right to delay shipping of all items until all the items are ready to be shipped. You can request that we split your order if this is the case. When splitting an order additional shipping charges will be incurred.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:
When your order is shipped an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied informing you of the shipment. The e-mail will have in it your delivery confirmation number if this option is purchased so you can track it online at USPS website. If you do not purchase the delivery confirmation option there will be no number supplied. If you do not get the e-mail check your spam folder. Some e-mail clients will filter these e-mails. Be sure you set your spam filter to allow e-mails from us.
Items that are backordered by our suppliers:
If we find that an item on your order is on backorder from the manufacturer or supplier we will notify you by e-mail as soon as we find out. You then have the option to 1) wait for the item to come in 2) cancel your order for that item 3) replace it with a different item.
Items that are on backorder may ship separately from the other items on your order. In this case shipping will be charged on both the shipment of the items on hand and again when the back ordered items ship out.

Time in Transit
We are shipping from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Our zip code is 83814. By using the USPS website you can find out how long they estimate it will take to get to you depending on which shipping service you select.

Free Shipping
Orders over $75 before shipping will be eligible for FREE first class shipping and insured for $100. This is only available to the United States. It is not available to shipments going to other countries.

International Shipping
International orders can only be placed for watch bands and Spring Bar tools. Orders for other merchandise will not be filled and that portion of the order will be canceled.

Customs, Duties and Tariff fees
Any and all duties, customs and tariff fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have a schedule of those possible fees.
NOTE:
It is a violation of the law for Watchband Solutions to mark any order as a gift to avoid these fees. Watchband Solutions cannot issue invoices for lower dollar amounts than the actual purchase price.
Watchband solutions reserves the right to decline any order.
Returns:
Our 30-day return policy means you will be satisfied.
We want all our customers to shop knowing they won't get stuck with an item they don't like. Call it 'No-Worries' shopping.
- You may return any item to Watchband Solutions within 30 days of shipment date and request either 1) a full refund less shipping charges or 2) exchange for another item.
- All items cannot be damaged in any way, installed or worn to qualify. Any scratches, folds, missing links or pieces or other damage or signs of use will not qualify for the refund or exchange.

- Your only risk is the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the items. On returns that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Watchband Solutions will be subtracted from the refund.
- Special order items are not returnable. Be sure you know what you are ordering before you place your special order.
- Customers wishing to return an item must e-mail us for an RMA # before returning the item. NO items will be accepted for return without an RMA #.
- The customer is responsible for the items when shipped for a return. Package them properly and if the value is high insure them. All items returned because of defects or damage still need to be packaged properly.
- Any items damaged during shipping back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not give refunds or exchanges for items damaged in return shipping.
Terms of Refund:
All items must be in "new" condition. All bands must not be worn. If you put it on even once it is worn and is no longer "new". All bands cannot have been installed. Installing the band makes it used.
Any item sent for return that is missing any parts or pieces will not be accepted for return.
All non watchband items will be charged a restocking fee if returned in new condition. Non watchband items cannot be returned if they have been taken out of their packaging, used, have scratches, missing parts or other damage or signs of use.
All items will be inspected.
Watchband Solutions requires all items being returned to be shipped in their original inner packaging. Please save all your cases or boxes the item came in.
Only the original customer may return an item.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any item returned that originally qualified for free shipping that was paid by Watchband Solutions will have the original cost of shipping subtracted from the amount of the return.
Steps for a return:
- Contact us by emailing us using our contact page.
- Include your full name and order number in your email.
- Include the item(s) number that you want to return.
- We will e-mail you an RMA #. Be sure to write the RMA # on or near the shipping label on the outside of the box. Watch Band Solutions will not accept returns without an RMA #.

Packaging your Return:
Package all returns carefully. Watchband Solutions is not responsible for any damage during return shipping. Ship with insurance to protect against loss or damage.
Refund Payments:
Refunds are issued in the same method the customer used when making the original purchase. Refunds are normally given within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
